Santa's Grotto
The arrival time is the time you arrive at the Grotto. You are welcome to come on the Zoo from 10 am when we open as Zoo admission is included. If you choose the 10.00 am Santa slot, we will open the grounds at 9.30 am. On weekends, when there is a 9.30 am Santa slot, we will open at 9.00 am. Please give yourself plenty of time to get to the castle courtyard for your time slot. LAST ADMISSION TO COME ON SITE IS 1 PM EACH DAY.
